Building on previous versions that have been used by world, Olympic, and Ironman champions the latest 3.0 version of our TT mount features a new 'Clip' module system for fast changes between devices. A 'no-turn' computer insert is now standard and can be easily configured to suit almost any set-up and extensions.

Recommended and fitted by extension manufacturers and bike fitters including; Drag2Zero, Sync Ergonomics, 51 Speedshop, Matt Bottrill, Ivan O'Gorman.

  • Standard widths 50mm to 90mm bars centre to centre (28-68mm inside to inside).
  • Extra-wide brackets available for widths 90mm to 130mm bars centre to centre (68-108mm inside to inside). Purchase these brackets in addition to the mount.
  • 'No-turn' inserts for Garmin or Wahoo. The computer stays still whilst a lever locks the computer in place. The computer will therefore fit in narrow gaps between extensions.
  • Attaches to bars with hypalon hook and loop straps for easy adjustment (can be cut to length).
  • Fits all round profile bars and most shaped bars including Zipp Vuka, AeroCoach Angles, Sync 2.0 Evo, Profile Design 43 ASC.
  • Right angled brackets available to fit Drag2Zero USP,  51 Speedshop Rev and other bars with near right angle inside top profiles. Purchase these brackets in addition to the mount.
  • Brackets to fit Vision TFE Pro extensions. Coming Soon.
  • 'Clip' modules available for GoPro, Exposure Trace, band-on lights (universal), blank cover supplied as standard for. Note that 'Clip' modules only work with 3.0 Mounts. MAX 150 gram devices

Use the message facility -> if you have question that isn't answered here.

      Will this fit my extensions?
The standard brackets will fit all round and the majority of profiled extensions. For flat topped extensions such as D2Z or 51 SpeedShop Evo the right angled brackets are a better fit. Vision TFE Pro brackets are specific to the particular size. If you are unsure or your extensions have a concave top surface then use the message system or email info@76projects.com to contact us.

I'm not sure if I need extra wide brackets.
The standard brackets will fit a gap of 28-68mm between extensions at the mounting point. Extra wide will do 68-108mm between extensions.

Can I fit a device weighing over 200g?
We don't recommend it due to the excessive stress that may be put on the joints of the mount. Particularly over bad road surfaces.

Do you plan to do versions to fit other computer brands?
At this point we have no intention of doing so. In the past, we had produced inserts to suit other computers, but demand was very low. 3rd part adapters are generally available to so other computers may fit a Garmin insert.

Can I use a Garmin extended battery with this mount?
The Garmin battery requires specific details that this mount cannot accommodate. However we do offer the Ultra Distance TT mount which does work with the battery.

Please follow the fitting instructions carefully, ensuring that he correct fasteners are used and arr not overtightened.
Before riding check that the screws are tight.

STAY AERO. Move Your Computer NOT Your Head

Some computer mounts for extensions may claim to be aero, and in isolation in a wind tunnel they maybe, but what about in the real world?
In the real world the rider accounts for 60% of drag and the savings generated by wearing a aero helmet are soon lost if the rider needs to move their head to every time they view their computer.

We recommend the mount be placed behind the hands whilst in riding position and angling the screen for perfect viewing. This will minimise head movement and therefore drag.

      3 way adjustability

Perfect positioning of your computer, whatever the shape, angle or toe-in of your extensions.

      Adapts to different bar shapes

By using a combination of rigid bracket and a hypalon hook and loop strap the TT mount 3.0 fits profiled bars as well as they do round ones.
left to right: standard bracket on profiled bars, standard bracket on round bars, right angled bracket on flat bars, extra wide bracket on round bars.

      What aero the experts say

"The mount allows the computer to be positioned directly behind the hands.  This is the most aerodynamically efficient position for the computer.
Firstly, because local aerodynamic drag on the computer is significantly reduced as it sits in the wake behind the hands.
Secondly, because it is possible to glance at the computer whilst retaining an optimal head position for aerodynamics and visibility."

      Simon Smart D2Z

      No-Turn Insert

Locks the computer in place by turning the bezel. The computer does not move so can therefore fit in narrow gaps between extensions.

      The Garmin mount is loosening

The TT mount overall is okay, fits perfect to my extensions. But one thing that is not so good is that my garmin edge 540 is not fitting exactly into the garmin mount.. it always gets loose.

      TT 3.0 Mount - Superb

Super piece of kit. I've had the earlier versions and all have been great. This one is the best yet and one of the only I can find for ~50mm gap between the aero poles.

TT MOUNT 3.0 for TFE Aero Extensions - Fiddly but Necessary

The TT MOUNT 3.0 is necessary for TFE Aero Extension owners that do not use the provided bridge when mounting a bike computer. There were just enough parts to accomodate my exentsion width but I had to be very diligent in not dropping them on the shop floor. I have only been out for two rides and I have had no concerns with the fitament or durability. I am little concerned with long term service due to needed removals for bike fit updates. Lastly it would be very helpful to have a "pillar" in an airfoil shape that would allow me to get the computer above my wrists for an unobstructed view.
