This website - 76projects.com - is the main website of 76 Projects. Products ordered from this site are shipped from the UK to many global destinations. If you are in the EU or US you may wish to use our specific sites which stock our best selling products:

EU SITE

Use  https://eu.76projects.com/ if you are based in the EU for local VAT inclusive pricing with no extra fees payable on delivery.

EU based customers may still order from 76project.com but delivery may take longer and be more expensive. Returns are also more complicated than to the EU site.

Customers from Norway may use our EU or International site.

US SITE

For faster shipping use us.76projects.com if you are based in the US. 

US customers may still order from 76projects.com but shipping time is longer and any returns must be sent back to the UK.

DISPATCH

Normally, all items that are available to order are in stock. Orders that arrive before 2pm UK time are normally dispatched same day. If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 2 working days please contact info@76projects.com, stating your order number. For instance, if you order after 1pm on Friday please contact us the following Tuesday.

IMPORTANT note regarding standard international shipping (not express)
This service we usually use Deutsche Post / DHL E-commerce. Please note that this is not DHL express and the tracking may stop for upto 2 weeks whilst the shipment clears customs - this is normal, we will not respond if you contact us during this time.

Below is an example of a typical tracking history. The circled stages are the ones with the typical delays - the flights and the customs clearance.

 

 DHL ship the package to your country, then hand it to the national mail company for delivery to your address. After the shipment has arrived in your country using the tracking number on your national provider's website may show extra information.  The universal parcel tracking website is also useful.

The above shipping times are a guide only and may take longer due to public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays. Use the Express option if you need something fast. 

Please note that we only have the access to the same tracking information as you do. We unfortunately cannot help you with late delivery until the contact us time in the above table has passed.

Tax & Duty

For shipments outside of the EU our products are generally small and below tax and duty thresholds, we are not aware of any of our international customers having to pay these on products shipped using mail services BUT if it does happen the customer is responsible for the payment of any tax and duty that is due. Express international orders will always have tax and duty charges applied on import. To prevent these charges use 76projects.eu, or us.76projects.com if applicable or purchase from one of our stockists.
