Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

stating your order number (on the packing slip the Customer Ref# is the order number) Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, we recommend that a tracked service is used.

Returns from outside Great Britain should include be marked as a RETURNED GOODS using a CN22 form attached to the outside of the package.Example of form <url>https://www.postoffice.co.uk/mail/customs-forms/CN22-form-guide</url>. Any duty or shipping charges due to not declaring as a Returned Goods will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have is to start a self service return, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
When we receive your returned goods you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If you paid extra for shipping then this will not be refunded.

Warranty returns
We warranty our products for 12 months from your receiving them, against defects or breakages in normal use. Contact info@76projects.com

Even if your product is not covered we offer spares in our store or contact info@76projects.com if none are listed.

Crash Replacement Scheme
Our Enduro Computer mounts are covered by crash replacement scheme. If, within 24 months of purchase, you have a crash or an accident that results in your Enduro Mount breaking you are eligible for a 50% reduction on a replacement. Email info@76projects.com, including a photograph of the crash damage and your original order number.
Only one replacement per full price purchase. Shipping is not discounted. We may not be able to replace a Cerakoted enduro mount with another. In this case no further reduction will be made on a standard black mount.
