76 Projects' HI FLOW valves have 4x the air throughput and a redesigned core that helps prevent sealant build-up.
Tubeless bike tyres and rims were introduced 20 years ago yet tubeless systems still use the Presta valve standard from the 1890's. The clearances in a Presta valve are smaller than the holes that the sealant is supposed to be able to block so it's no surprise that the valves get clogged.

HI FLOW VALVE OVERVIEW
Despite fitting in the same size valve hole and using the same pumps as presta Hi Flow valves have a unique precision CNC'd construction which enables 4x the airflow.
HI FLOW 'NO CLOG'
Hi Flow Valves valves feature a unique hollow precision CNC'd stainless steel valve core. In combination with the wider 'transfer chamber' section it means that 4x the air flow is achieved versus a presta valve.
The greatly increased clearances also mean that clogging is far less likely. Whereas the clearances in a Presta valve are smaller than the holes that sealant is supposed to be able to block so it's no surprise that they get clogged.

*unlike normal valves our HI Flow valves are specified by the rim height rather than the valve length.
ADDING SEALANT
Sealant may be added directly through the hollow valve core via a tube with an internal diameter of 5mm. However, we always recommend unseating a section of tyre and putting sealant directly in. That way the sealant level can be observed. Because of the hi-flow nature the direct method is much easier than with presta valves.

*Some sealants with very large particles such as Silca Ultimate may still clog in some circumstances. For these sealants we recommend added directly to the tyre rather than through the valve.
PUMP COMPATIBILITY
Our Hi Flow valves are not Presta but are designed to be work with Presta style lever lock style pump heads .
The hi flow design means that some screw-on and push on pump heads do not fit well or at all. We offer 2 adapter options for those pump head types:
Adapters are available to fit Presta or Schrader style pump heads. Schrader version supplied if you select the adapter option on this page. The Schrader option is much smaller than Presta so we recommend that if your pump has Schrader head option. Separate adapters can be found on this page.
*No adapter required for One Up EDC pump.
**Topeak Smart Heads or others that use one opening for both Presta and Schrader will require an adapter.

Excellent overall design on your Tubeless Valves. The Air Flow rate is certainly very impressive. A lot better than on major competitors Tubeless Valves. I am only leaving one star off, as to get a good seal, I had to swap out the Nylon Rim Spacer for V-Shaped Rims to a Rubber Spacing Block with a 6mm Bore from a Hardware Shop. This was the only way I could stop the Valve from leaking externally.
You may want to consider including 6mm Bore Round Rubber Spacers; (not Plastic), in the packaging with your Tubeless Valves as part of future sales.

Fast processing and does what it says, high flow indeed!

I bought them a year ago and it worked well: no clog for a year. But then I lost a cap on one of the valves. Caps are out of stock on the site for a few months and customer support didn't respond to the email. Today I pumped the tyre before the ride and the internal part of the valve just remained inside the pump head. So the overall design can be improved.

Perfect length and very easy fit on my new tubeless aero wheels, holding air and sealant perfectly since fitted.
